I thought of writing one post in English in my sinhala blog. So I am writing about our final year design project, "Designing a low acidic food processing plant". The first thing we had to do was finding a low acidic food which can be found easily in Sri Lanka. Initially it turned into a brain teasing problem, but finally came to a decision of taking banana as the raw food item. Now we are designing a method to make banana powder in industrial scale.
